Commercial Leasing & Finance PLC (CLC) is one of Sri Lanka’s leading non-banking financial service providers, which offers many solutions ranging from leasing, fixed deposits, savings, loans, flexi cash, microfinance, Islamic finance, gold loans, factoring and more. CLC is licensed by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Business Act no 42 of 2011 and registered under the Finance Leasing Act No. 56 of 2000. CLC is also a public listed company under the Main Board of the Colombo Stock Exchange. Additionally, CLC holds a (SL) A (stable) rating by ICRA Lanka Ltd. CLC was incorporated as a Public Limited Liability Company on the 22nd of April 1988, under the provisions of the Companies Act No. 17 of 1982. CLC later re-registered under the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 with the Company Registration No. PQ 131 PBPQ.
